GH2's Strategy
Our H2 delivery strategy is focused on developing projects in close proximity to cost efficient available hydrogen resource opportunities.
GH2 provides an end-to-end hydrogen delivery solution. The long-term delivery solution will tie our GH2 Production Plants to H2 Refueling Stations, ensuring efficient delivery of hydrogen to our mobility customers.

Supply Strategy
Phase 1
Our H2 supply strategy is supply driven. Initially we will market our off-gas hydrogen to customers within a 200-mile radius of each plant, with a focus on H2 for the FCEV, targeting distribution centers and dedicated vehicle fleets, and the industrial gas market,. A majority of production will be contracted under mid-term (2-5 year) supply contracts.
Phase 2
At full roll-out in Phase 2, our GH2 Production Plants will supply H2 Refueling Stations ensuring nationwide coverage.
Focal point of our strategy includes:

Focal point of our strategy includes:
- Dedicated network sales of H2 through our network of refueling stations to large truck manufacturers, and
- Supporting FCEV manufacturers with the necessary access to hydrogen fuel to support and accelerate FCEV sales
Distribution
Phase 1
Third-party delivery of H2 to customers, leveraging existing industrial gas and other transporters, to supply dedicated forklift fleets at major distribution centers. Secondary focus is the distribution to local fleets and industrial gas loads.

Phase 2: H2 Corridor Development
- Location of H2 refueling stations to accelerate Class 8 truck roll-out
- Estimated 50-60 stations provides nearly 100% coverage along and within 200 miles of US interstates
- Estimated cost of $2 million per refueling station
- Total CAPEX of $125 million
- Estimated 300-400 miles between each refueling station providing nationwide coverage
- Gaseous H2 delivered from our production facilities, with capability to ramp up as demand grows
- Phased roll-out on West to East Interstates:
- Southern - I-10, I-20 and I-40
- Plains - I-70 and I-80
- Northern - I-84, I-90 and Canada
- Co-location/JVs at existing trucking refueling stations
